Marqueyssac Gardens is a listed site with over 6 kilometres of walkways surrounded by 150 000 hand-pruned Boxwood.

Twin your ticket for Marqueyssac Gardens with a ticket for Castelnaud Castle, situated 3 kilometres away. The castle houses a Middle Age Warfare museum, you have 365 days to use your ticket.

Since 11 July, the prefecture has placed the Dordogne department on ‘severe fire risk’ alert. In accordance with the measures currently in force, our Candlelit Evenings will go ahead as planned, but will, exceptionally, take place without candles until this alert is lifted.

From 7pm until midnight : Exceptional evening every Thursday evening in July and August (Exceptional evening on Saturday 6th June)

Each evening, 2000 candles are placed in the gardens and over 150 light sources illustrate the Cliff Walk to the waterfalls. Musical entertainments punctuate the  walk: a pianist, a jazz music group, a saxophone quartet, a guitar and vocals duet, a show on stilts and a candle creation workshop. 

For a full tour of the gardens, it is essential to arrive between 7pm and 8.30pm.

In the event of a cancellation, your tickets will be reimbursed and the amount credited on to your account.

Valid for one year from the date of purchase. Includes a daytime visit to Marqueyssac Gardens and a daytime visit to Castelnaud Castle.
